Activities @ Pavillus Consultants Pvt Ltd, Rajkot
What an excited two days- 11th-12th March-26, I spent @Pavillus Consultants Private Limited, Rajkot with young Management team under the leadership of Shri Sagar Gadhiya- Managing Director, understanding the big vision with clarity and focus.
I conducted the HR audit and based on the observations, presented the improvement plan as a part of HR Transformation project with focus on achieving People Excellence.
We had good and intensive deliberations with Management team about our way forward.
I got an opportunity to meet all Management team members as well as Head of the departments individually and understand their key challenges and expectations.
At the end of two days, I have been confirmed for appointment of Independent Director with a mandate to facilitate the entire team towards people excellence and creating a right Organisation Culture in order to achieve the vision of the company.
I am sincerely thankful to all Head of the departments and Management team members @ Mrs. khushali sagar Gadhiya @ Mr Maulik patel@Mr Sagar Gadhiya and YUSUF KHAN sir for wonderful interaction and nice hospitality.
On this occasion, I presented my book- UTSAV- The Celebration of Life to Mr Sagar Gadhiya- MD.
Activities @ Shah Group
On 2nd and 3rd March-26, it was my privilege to visit @shah group of Companies at Davangiri, Karnataka as a part of HR Transformation project.
I conducted a session on KRA/KPI, Goal based Performance Management System and created awareness among all HOD’s and Management and develop the common understanding.
After creating the awareness, Management presented Organisional Goals for the year 2026-27 for each businesses.
Subsequently, each functional heads presented the goals of their function in alignment with the organisation goals and priority.
I presented a concept of What is Vision, what is Mission, what is value and what is Organisation culture?
we had a very intense brainstorming session among key Management team and Senior Members on revisiting existing Vision, Mission and values of the organisation in the light of conceptual clarity.
I conducted session on Organisation culture and how it helps the organisation in creating better employees experience which will attract and retain the talent.
I am greatful to all Seniors and Head of the department for their whole hearted participation and pursoful interaction with keen interest of learning.
I expressed my sincere gratitude to Director Ajit Shah and Kalpesh Shah for inviting me to conduct the session and their participation and valuable time.
Activities @ Mech Engineers
On 17th and 18th Jan-26, I had a privilege to visit MECh Engineers Valsad Gujarat to implement HR Transformation project.
To create and strengthen the culture of Safety, daily all employees meet together before starting the work at 8 am and perform the SAFETY PRAYER. I got an opportunity to participate in Safety prayer. I addressed the employees and motivate them to comply all Safety related measures, processes, systems and wear PPEs while working and ensure that all employees should go home safely. The habit of complying Safety will help in their personal life also. The goal is Zero accidents in the organisation. All employees are committed to comply all Safety requirements.
My sincere thanks to CEO sir Girishkumar Bhootaka for encouraging all employees to follow safety guidelines and create a culture of safe working environment.
Activities @ LC Infra
It is my privilege and honour to visit LC Infra Projects Private Limited Ahmedabad on 26th December -25 and conduct Group Executive Coaching Session.
About 15 bright and outstanding performer who are potential to shoulder higher responsibilities are identified for this initiative. Based on their strengths and weaknesses, we identified a topic to interact and facilitate to sharpen their skill.
I conducted an interactive session on Communication Skill – a very important topic in today’s time. Many times we are unable to articulate our ideas/thoughts and express the same to create a understanding. We discussed communication process model, barriers to communication, steps for effective communication and importance of body language/ non verbal communication.
I am grateful to all participants for their wonderful participation and their keen interest to learn the new techniques.
Activities @ Mech Engineers Ltd, Valsad
I am privileged to kicked start HR Transformation Project at MECh Engineers ,Valsad, Gujarat today on my birthday- 7th December. The following the highlights of the project:
Streamline Organisation Structure Preparing JD of each unique role with fixing accountability of each individual employees. Implementation of New Labor codes.
- HR policy updatation
- Robust Performance Management system
- Building Talent pipe line
- Creating right Organisation culture
- Revisiting Mission, vision and Values of the organisation.

Activities @ LC Infra Projects
It is my privilege and honour to visit LC Infra Projects Private Limited Ahmedabad on 28th November-25 and conduct Group Executive Coaching Session.
About 15 bright and outstanding performer who are potential to shoulder higher responsibilities are indentified for this initiative. Based on their strengths and weaknesses, we identified a topic to interact and facilitate to sharpen their skill.
I conducted an interactive session on Time Management Skill – a very important topic in today’s time. Most of us are struggling to manage the time for achieving business goals. We discussed certain technique by which we may develop a skill to manage the time effectively. We discussed about time wasters, costing of our time, time log sheet etc
